Grilled Cheese Fancypants

I imagine that pants THAT fancy would be dark linen crop pants with a sharp seam down the legs.

In reality, I mean that I made some freakin fancypants grilled cheese sandwiches tonight. I forgot to take pictures (WTF, amiright?) so you’re gonna have to trust me…..but it was soooo delish.

I use Kerrygold butter because if I can’t be in Scotland yet than dammit I’m gonna have all the imports! That, and I find it to be a better butter. You can try to change my mind, but if you can’t tell by the size of my rear, I am a girl who knows a thing or two about butter.

I’ve started getting wild with the cheeses–for the sammies today: Muenster, Havarti, and extra thin Colby Jack.

Here’s the fun part—we put Panera’s mac and cheese on it as well!! Not a shit ton or anything, just enough to make it a nice weight in your hands. Why would we do that?? Because this is the South, honey, and that’s how we roll! It was Little Man’s idea, he’s currently all about mixing his foods….last night he wanted to cut up the garlic toast and throw it on the bowl with spaghetti. I can’t wait to see what he thinks of next!
